We are very excited to get started with our Spring Recreational season.  In order to assist our League VPs and team managers in selecting teams and to ensure that we have relatively even teams in the Collegiate League, National League and American League, RBC requests that all players between the ages of 8 – 12 who are not on a 2022 RBC Travel Team attend our rec evaluations at the time and location set forth above.  If you cannot make the timeslot designated for your player, please come during the time slot before or after your player’s age group.

Q. Why does RBC hold evaluations for its Rec program?

A. We hold evaluations to assist our League VPs and Rec managers when they select teams and to ensure that the teams are relatively even so we that we have competitive leagues.

Q. Does my player have to attend evaluations?

A. We strongly encourage all players who are not on a 2022 RBC travel team to attend the evaluations.  All players that have registered will be placed on a team regardless of whether they attend the evaluations.

Q. Why don’t travel players have to attend?

A. We held evaluations for our travel program last Fall.  In order to streamline the rec evaluations, we will use those evaluations for the players on our travel teams.

Q. What should my player wear and what equipment should they bring?

A. Players should wear athletic clothes and sneakers.  Players should bring their baseball glove.  If your player has a bat, they should bring it.  If your player does not have a bat, we will provide one for the evaluations.
